We are always interested in hearing from hard-working dog lovers who have a passion for the industry and can commit to us long term, no less than one year. Due to the nature of the job (building close relationships with our clients and dogs every day) and the amount of time and effort we put into training each newcomer, a long-term commitment is incredibly important to us.

Prior experience is not required; we will fully train the right candidate!
As a member of the team, you can expect to grow into the leader of your own pack. We will fully train you to help facilitate the bond and trust between you, your dogs, and our clients. Tbm is a very small company, so our staff, clients, and dogs become family. We highly encourage applicants to read about tbm on our about us page.

[At tbm] I’ve met and looked after many amazing pups. They are all incredibly special and unique, and it’s been a great privilege to have been able to be a small part of their everyday routines.
