Our relationship pre-dated Mouse (through Lord Muffin himself, aka Bubba, and his wonderful parents Nina and Jon), and talking with [Kara] about adopting a dog gave us the confidence to take the plunge. [She] encouraged us to look into Cunucu Dog Rescue and then, once we foster-failed and Mouse was ours, [Kara] helped us figure out everything from how to manage her anxiety to what kind of food was best for her sensitive tummy. She has come such a long way because of tbm and is now fully herself — just a completely weird, wonderful pup who loves her family and her tbm friends. We are so grateful for everything you've done for her and for us. Thank you team tbm!"

"We started working with tbm when we got our first puppy, Monty! tbm helped us transition from one dog to two - and also helped us navigate all that comes along with having two dogs in the city. Arlo’s personality was very different than Monty’s from the start, and he struggled with nervousness and reactivity outside and with other dogs. tbm worked with us and his Handlers were fantastic with correcting Arlo’s reactivity getting in and out of our busy building. When we wanted to get Arlo walking with a packmate, Kara worked with Arlo during a few solo training sessions and recommended new walking gear. That has made the biggest difference and Arlo is doing so well and loving his pack walks! tbm has also stepped in to help with a last minute meal for the boys when we are working late, and has even scheduled and taken both pups to emergency vet visits. I really don’t know what we would do without the incredible team at tbm!"

"We have somehow been tbm clients and friends for 12 years, since we first brought our older dog Bea home as a puppy. They’ve seen us through thick and thin; many moves, houses, countries, dog and human family members. Most importantly they have loved all of our pups wholeheartedly. Our sweet Otis is unfortunately sick right now and I honestly feel like we have a whole team of extra carers alongside us doing all they can to keep him safe, comfortable and happy.
